Apex Health Advisors LLC (“we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you use our website or request a quote, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Privacy Notice Statement

Apex Health Advisors LLC is authorized to collect personally identifiable information (PII) from you in order to help you review and compare health and Medicare insurance options, including coverage offered through the Health Insurance Marketplace. Any PII we collect is used to give you a personalized quote, identify the plans and any financial assistance you may qualify for, and connect you with a licensed insurance agent. If you choose to give us PII, we may share it with insurance carriers and the Health Insurance Marketplace as needed to prepare your quote and process the coverage you choose, and with service providers who help us operate, only for the purposes described here and as permitted by law. Providing your information is voluntary. If you choose not to provide it, we may be unable to give you an accurate quote or help you enroll. You may rescind your consent at any time by calling 623-300-1717 or replying STOP to any text message.

Information we collect

Information you give us: your name, contact details, ZIP code, household and coverage information, and anything you share when you request a quote or speak with an advisor.
Consent records: when you submit our quote form we record your TCPA consent and the date and time you gave it.
Automatic information: standard website and device data such as IP address and pages viewed, used to operate and secure the site. Our quote and contact forms are provided by LeadConnector, which powers our CRM, Agent CRM. When a form loads it performs an approximate location lookup from your IP address and stores identifiers in your browser’s local storage that let us tell whether you are a returning visitor and which page or referring site brought you here. Those forms are also protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, and they load a Meta script that receives your IP address and browser type. We do not run a Meta advertising pixel: no pixel identifier is configured and no event or form data is transmitted to Meta. We set no advertising or analytics cookies.

How we use your information

To prepare quotes and compare plan options for you.
To contact you about coverage by phone, text, and email, consistent with the consent you provided.
To service your policy, including renewals and annual reviews.
To meet legal, regulatory, and recordkeeping obligations.

How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to serve you:

With insurance carriers and the marketing organizations we work through, to obtain quotes and submit enrollments you request.
With service providers who help us operate, such as our customer relationship management (CRM) platform, under agreements that limit their use of your data to providing services to us.
When required by law, regulation, or to protect our rights.

Text messaging

If you consent, we may contact you by SMS about your inquiry and coverage. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. We do not share mobile opt-in consent with third parties for their marketing.

Data retention and security

We keep your information as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal and recordkeeping requirements, then dispose of it securely. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect it.

Your choices and rights

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your information, and you may opt out of marketing contact at any time. California residents have additional rights, including the right to know, delete, and opt out of any sharing that qualifies as a sale under California law. See Do Not Sell or Share My Information.

Children

Our site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy and will revise the effective date above when we do.
