Brent is the licensed agent you are most likely to talk to first, and he carries the Medicare book. If you are turning 65, comparing Advantage against Medigap, or trying to work out why the plan that worked last year does not this year, he is the one who sits down with the county-level plan list and cuts it to the handful that cover your doctors and your prescriptions. Alex runs the operations side. He built the intake and follow-up system that means your question reaches a licensed advisor the same day instead of sitting in an inbox, and he keeps your file current so you are not re-explaining your situation at every renewal. He also recorded the short explainer videos across this site. He is not a licensed agent and does not advise on coverage; when you have a coverage question it goes to Brent or Jake.

Jake came up in wealth advisory, where independent, fee-transparent advice is the entire job and where you are accountable for a recommendation long after you make it. He built this agency to the same rule: compare the whole field you are appointed to, say plainly when a plan is wrong for someone, and treat health coverage as one piece of a household's finances rather than a transaction. He handles the self-employed and small-business side and reviews what we publish for accuracy. NPN 16996040.
